I’m Arieal, the Talent Administrator at Run A Better Set (RABS). I was born and raised in Baton Rouge and now call the Alexandria, Louisiana area home. My professional background is rooted in service, hospitality, legal support, and administrative work, giving me a well-rounded perspective and a strong appreciation for both people and organization. Before joining RABS, I spent more than 10 years working in the service industry, where I worked my way up from hostess to general manager. Those years taught me some of my most valuable professional and personal lessons. The service industry in Louisiana can be demanding and fast-paced, and navigating those challenges helped shape me into someone who is efficient, adaptable, compassionate, and, most importantly, able to keep a level head when things get difficult. Working with people from all walks of life also taught me the importance of patience, communication, and treating everyone with kindness and respect. My journey with RABS began on July 7, 2021, when I joined the Background Helpdesk team. From the very beginning, I had a feeling I had found something special. I quickly realized that RABS was more than just a new job—it was an opportunity to work alongside a talented, supportive team while continuing to learn and grow professionally. I’m grateful for the experiences that have brought me to where I am today, and I’m excited about everything still ahead. I look forward to continuing to grow with RABS, building meaningful relationships, taking on new challenges, and contributing wherever I can to help the team and company succeed.
